Shibboleth SP - Yum update issue

OK. Should i file a bug report going here
https://issues.shibboleth.net/jira/browse/SSPCPP? This behavior is
consistent.
Do i need to capture any information before and after the upgrade? like
detailed logs..etc
I thought the "rpmsave" was old technique with the RPMs.
Appreciate your help...
