Well, you can, but I don't know that I can really spend the time looking
at it unless you can identify the trigger for the bug. I can't just keep
running yum update over and over. If somebody else is having a problem,
then maybe you can identify a similarity between the systems. I'm
certainly not seeing it.

RPM doesn't log much that I'm aware of. I suppose you can snapshot the
directories involved before and after, and the package lists, or something
like that.

And it hasn't changed. As in literally those lines in the specfile have
not changed.
