custom NameQualifier for IDP in persistent nameID

Hi,

We would like to change the entityID of our IDP. That would probably 
have implications in the calculation of pseudo-persistent identifiers, 
like eduPersonTargetedID, Microsoft's ImmutableID etc, thus invalidating 
user's stored profile in various SPs.

Is there a way to compute those nameIDs with a custom (old value) 
NameQualifier for IDP's entityID?

Does it make sense?

In a similar project we recalculated the hashes and updated the values 
in the SPs, but we're not quite sure which SPs need the change is this 
project.
