Metadata reloading every 15 minutes after 4.1.5 upgrade

Looks like UK fed (http://mdq.ukfederation.org.uk/entities at least)
wants you to cache it for PT6H0M0.0 00S too, so it's not that either.

Is you servers time up to date (no pun intended)?
