Logs not generating for Shibboleth IDP v3.4

Hi All,

I am facing a new issue that after installation of IDP and deploying the IDP appl in webapps on tomcat, I am not seeing logs at following location:

D:\Program Files\Shibboleth\IdP\logs

I checked conf\logback.xml, it looks fine to me and I should see following logs file:
*         diagnostic logs (idp-process.log, idp-warn.log)
*         general audit log (idp-audit.log)
*         consent audit log (idp-consent-audit.log)
*
*         I am referring to :https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/IDP30/LoggingConfiguration
*
*         Is there any other config file that needs to be updated for logs to be generated?
Environment:

  *   OS: Windows 2016
  *   App Server: tomcat 9.0.33
