Mailing lists migrated to new server

We've migrated the shibboleth.net TLD and mail deliver to the new system, so this is partly a heads up to note that there may be issues with delivery if your ISP blocks AWS addresses and partly just a test of the system.

We have had Amazon unthrottle us and register records, we fixed an issue with Proofpoint accepting it, and we don't see our address on any of the blacklists we checked.

So hopefully, crossing fingers...
