IDP 4.0 (Windows) build.bat

Can you put in a case? I know exactly what’s wrong and I’ll fix it tomorrow.  You need double quotes around %ANT_HOME% or perhaps around %INSTALL_LOG_FILE% (there should be other examples in that file)
