Shibboleth SP Server variables in IIS

I've tested:
Request.ServerVariables["Shib-Identity-Provider"]
Request.ServerVariables["ShibIdentityProvider"]
Request.ServerVariables["Given-Name"]
Request.ServerVariables["GivenName"]

None of them have data unless I set (exactly) attributePrefix="HTTP_"

If there's some debugging you want from my server, let me know otherwise
setting attributePrefix allows everything to work without having to use the
old ISAPI dll.
