If this is in fact ASP classic, then that is already an observed issue. If it's ASP.NET, I can't say anything but that it works for me (during the short lifetime during which V3 has existed). I did another round of that testing just before the last release.

That leads me to believe there's a rule or filter or some piece of code not present on my system, which is admittedly just Windows 10, that's filtering out data but bypassing the HTTP_ variables as presumed headers.

I can't get into environmental issues with IIS, certainly not for non-member support. I know from list observation that it's been working for others on most systems.
