Thank you, Scott. I figured it was probably OSU-only but wouldn't hurt to ask the community
at large in case someone else has (or will) see this. I'll send you more info in a separate email.

The app in question is on OSU infrastructure, behind our data center load balancer which has caused problems in the past, but again it is working for everyone else.
