General Shib IdP install/config help

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for a somewhat user-friendly guide on how to setup a Shib IdP
from scratch. We're trying to deploy this via AWS Cognito to manage
users/accounts and a Windows/EC2 server on AWS. We have experience with
installation/configuration for SPs, but have not had to deploy an IdP from
the ground up before.

We were previously using a 3rd party service (like OneLogin, Okta, Auth0,
etc) that allowed us to integrate with several sites that our customers use
for support, internal documentation on our software, etc.
