The real question is what was your starting point.  Is this an upgrade to V3 from V2 or a clean install?

If this was an install then you have done something very very strange.  

If this was an upgrade then that's a bit weird - the error is "An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host."  What
do the shibd logs say?
