I get ERROR Shibboleth.Listener [5760] isapi_shib: socket call resulted in error (10054): Unknown error

Hi There,
  I have a very basic shibboleth setup in Windows 2019 server. IIS version
10
When I point my browser to http://localhost/Shobboleth.sso/Status
It says ok. However when I inspect the native.log file. I see bellow error.

ERROR Shibboleth.Listener [5760] isapi_shib: socket call 
resulted in error (10054): Unknown error 

Please help me to rectify this error. if you need further information about
my config file I can provide.
