I get ERROR Shibboleth.Listener [5760] isapi_shib: socket call resulted in error (10054): Unknown error

Hi Rod,
  This is a clean installation. V2.6.0. I did installed this version to
another server an it worked well. (but that server was windows  2008 64 bit
and IIS7). We upgraded our servers, so I had to reinstall Shibboleth to this
new server and the server is in AWS behind a load balancer. I don't know
that configuration yet only I know the server is behind a load balancer.

So I see this error in the native.log file. what does that error meaning?
where can I get more details about this error?
