TestShib is broken

Per-Ake,

I can't speak to the current status of TestShib or how it's being maintained, as Internet2 has plans for the service and I'm not sure who's maintaining it right now.  There is an alternative SAML testing site at https://samltest.id/ that you can use that is maintained and runs Shibboleth 3.x with a suite of new features.  See the numerous threads in the archives for more background.
