Pooling of multiple LDAP DataConnectors

I've missed out on LDAP pooling for attribute resolution so far and I'm
know looking at it in more details. I couldn't figure this from the
documentation [1,2]:
Can connection pools be shared between LDAP multiple DataConnectors
(using the same LDAP URL, of course)?

Our edu-ID IdP has many LDAP connectors with varying base DNs, filters,
search scopes or returned attributes, however they all connect to the
LDAP server in the same way (same URL, principal, credential, TLS). It
would make sense to share one connection pool among those connectors. Is
this implied or possible with the DataConnector configuration syntax or
shall I go full-on Spring beans to achieve that?
