TestShib is broken

Hi!

Does anyone have some sort of support address for testshib? It has been broken for a few days now. Metadata registered before this weekend seems to work but not metadata registered this week. The log says that it can't resolve the entityId and it can register the metadata twice with the same entityId. My metadata showed twice yesterday when I used https://www.testshib.org/entities.html.
