Processing HTTP_Redirect from idp

That isn't the debugging log, but to the extent it says anything, it says the SP issued a request (that's what the "type" of event there is) and the IdP didn't respond.

It should be clear from basic examination of the browser state (like, say, the URL) which end is actually reporting a problem. I doubt very much it's the SP though it's not impossible if it's dying in some unusual way preventing it from logging the processing of a response.
