Processing HTTP_Redirect from idp

I'm attempting to interface an external idp with my company's SP at:
*sso.company.com*
The idp's associated link is:
https://sso.company.com/Shibboleth.sso/Login?entityID=http%3A%2F%2Fadfs.exampleidp.org%2Fadfs%2Fservices%2Ftrust

However, I get an error when I hit that link and I see this in the
transaction log:
Shibboleth-TRANSACTION.AuthnRequest|||http://adfs.exampleidp.org/adfs/services/trust||||||urn:oasis:names:tc:SAML:2.0:bindings:HTTP-Redirect||||||

How should I handle this case?
