personally and previously, as a big Amiga fan, I used to be totally
anti Microsoft.... however they , as a company, have changed in many
ways - a
lot of open source work is now being done by them as well as a lot of
corporate responsibility. I feel that their ownership of GitHub will
be a good thing
(let time and the future curse me for my belief ;-) )- certainly it
stopped github from being owned by some entity that only wants money
out of the solution and
would remove free things for paid-for.
