Nate, I completely agree with you. TestShib is definitely NOT a
members-only thing. Even the name "TestShib" undercuts its true
potential value, which goes way beyond any particular brand of
software.

(Peter, I am pushing back on the members-only idea. I hope you
understand I'm not pushing back on you personally.)

The load shouldn't matter, it should Just Work. The basic reason it
doesn't Just Work 99.9% of the time is that users are required to
upload raw XML. That is unsafe. Even if we had an AI that completely
understood the nuances of SAML metadata, it would still be the wrong
approach IMO.
