Sure.  I honestly think TestShib is just way too crucial for SAML as a
whole to let it degrade as a service or become a members-only thing, so
I'll keep this up until some better software comes to light.  It'll be
tougher as we get heavier usage, as evidenced by last month's 2330.

Thank you all for your support and suggestions.  I think you have some
great suggestions and if I kinda grab control I can just ugly some of them
in.  I'll talk to Kevin about what'll be best.
