If people think the resulting logistics can be dealt with someone
could suggest to the Consortium to make this a members-only service
(which requires making it an official project service first, I think.)

Alternatively, maybe spreading the load of operating this service on a
voluntary/best-effort basis across more heads/shoulders is an option.

I have no use for this service either way, but who knows what parts of
the communities I support are making use of testshib...
