There are federations out there with bigger budgets than Mr. "I might go
buy myself a consolatory pizza" here.  I believe they do not process 124
wild entities per day.

I think TestShib provides an utterly crucial service, as demonstrated by
the incredibly high level of usage by an incredibly diverse set of
industries.  It could just use a little love.
