Removing Qualifiers from NameID

I don't blame you, honestly it's the first time I was asked by a vendor 
to try removing that, something I'd argue shouldn't be needed in the 
first place.

But, you know how it goes. Rather than just using Shibboleth themselves 
they must reinvent the wheel, badly.
