Removing Qualifiers from NameID

(That wasn't me disagreeing, BTW, I don't have an answer but it's one of the problems shifting from having a configuration syntax that inherently defines all the possible options, and a model of supporting direct configuration of any Java class.)

Arguably I guess what's needed is just documenting the highlights, which is what I've tried to do in other cases, it's just time consuming (and I wouldn't have considered this case common enough to call out).

The problem is maintaining it, it would be non-viable unless it was automated.

I suspect the better investment in time is adjusting the javadoc generation options or CSS to produce something more useful for people.
