New IdPv3 installation, redirecting to server hostname

Testshib is not the way to test a production IdP, but be that as it may, SPs use the metadata, that's it. You must control your metadata and hand-curate it so where it redirects is entirely up to you and has nothing to do with any installer.

What the initial metadata provided as a sample contains is based on the value entered in the installer of course.
