At this point, I'm only concerned with terminating the IDP session, not with propagating logout to SPs.

What configuration is needed at a minimum to enable this?

Currently, I'm getting a 404 from: https://idp.calpoly.edu/idp/Logout<https://urldefense.proofpoint.com/v2/url?u=https-3A__idp.calpoly.edu_idp_Logout&d=DwMFaQ&c=HS1CjnFyfzCL6mp0nkGYYw&r=fcOQXz172F3_F6VsMvwQJrlyp8lrJiXC6od3a6A_UtM&m=yZ2VuhD_M_uyWaI0mqy1rGh2x86VwVp2z_ZFjYEGDuY&s=7mVbXFwLXgAOTUNxJcuG87TRnb9rgixAPEbwAhDNMag&e=>
