How to enable Proprietary/Simple Logout

On IDP 3.2.1, I'm trying to enable the Proprietary/Simple Logout mentioned here: https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/IDP30/LogoutConfiguration
At this point, I'm only concerned with terminating the IDP session, not with propagating logout to SPs.

What configuration is needed at a minimum to enable this?

Currently, I'm getting a 404 from: https://idp.calpoly.edu/idp/Logout
