Firefox 57 incompatible with SAML tracer, etc.

Fwiw I've looked at the web extensions API code that has also been done and
got the SAML tracer , the very same plugin, to work on chrome and Opera , I
sent the author the relevant fix info. This multi platform capability is
the whole point of the web extensions API work :)
