Firefox 57 incompatible with SAML tracer, etc.

Me too! I was pleasantly surprised to see the add-on had updated (it
looked different) on my Firefox 56 installation. After I confirmed that
it worked on Firefox 57, I upgraded to Firefox 57. It *does* work on
Firefox 57 now. Make sure that you install SAML Tracer v1.0 or greater.
The "Filter Resources" button doesn't seem to be working, though.
