Firefox 57 incompatible with SAML tracer, etc.

SAML tracer v1.0 doesn’t work with FF ESR 52.5.0, had to revert back to 0.4.0

Fwiw I've looked at the web extensions API code that has also been done and got the SAML tracer , the very same plugin, to work on chrome and Opera , I sent the author the relevant fix info. This multi platform capability is the whole point of the web extensions API work :)
