Help needed: how to create federation with group of IDP's

my test IDP in a federation. *

Yeah ofcourse, I know about the roles played by IDP and SP. I missed to
mention about these:
We already have our own federation with group of IDP's and we have our own
SP.
The job is done and by test IDP is available in our federation.
