Shib IdP v3: Which certificate do you upload to InCommon?

True. And if I had to deal with hundreds of SPs, I probably wouldn't have
88 other aspects to my job. :-) Just to be clear, the 100s of mail messages
were with two SPs - just two - who had never really implemented shib
before. And they were exchanged when we originally set things up with them.

Most of my <10 SaaS SPs wouldn't have magically started working with the
info from InCommon because (1) there were issues with getting v3 to give
them what they had with v2 ('unspecified' NameIDs for one), and (2) they
aren't necessarily expert in adapting their configuration.
