I think the lesson here was about not changing your entityID (only to
perform a software upgrade), which is achievable, with limited
resources, in a short time frame. Getting every SP you have to deal
with into a federation (esp one that charges participants) simply is
not.
I also think we've lectured the OP sufficiently and it was even
established that the choices having been made were not her own.
