You are correct there is one for Centos here:
http://vault.centos.org/7.2.1511/sclo/Source/rh/httpd24/.  We will submit
an RFE.  The problem that we are running into is that our IT division
doesn't want to get into the business of building rpms that are already
maintained upstream and would rather just sync the projects yum repos.
