mod_shib support for Apache 2.4 in RHEL 6?

I doubt they have the licensing in place for it, but it's possible that it's available for CentOS, which would be good enough. I don't have time right now to check into it. You can file a RFE.

Anybody can rebuild the SRPM and specify different options to it if they need their own.
