mod_shib support for Apache 2.4 in RHEL 6?

It is part of the channel "Software Collections", which is an add-on repo,
but the srpms are available at
http://ftp.redhat.com/redhat/linux/enterprise/6Server/en/RHSCL/SRPMS/.
Here is the Apache 2.4 srpm loc:
http://ftp.redhat.com/redhat/linux/enterprise/6Server/en/RHSCL/SRPMS/httpd24-httpd-2.4.12-4.el6.2.src.rpm.
Would that make it possible for the build service to add apache 2.4 support
then?
