Did you create an attribute release policy for the attributes you want to release to the SP on your IdP? In your original post, you had a data connector definition and attribute definition for your IdP and an attribute map definition for your SP. You'll need a release policy of some sort to allow the attribute to be released to the SP. 

I will say that looking at the items Peter has recommended to you already should tell you more of what needs to be done...

If the IDP released attributes to the SP at all, it would send them together during SSO. I thought I had replied with that already, maybe I wasn't clear.
The IDP won't release attributes over SOAP to an SP when it doesn't release attributes to that same SP during SSO (unless you explicitly "break" the IDP to make everyone's lifes more "interesting").

Start by reading the replies others have made the effort to write.
If those relpies are unclear, ask questions about them, instead of starting yet another thread about it.
