If the IDP released attributes to the SP at all, it would send them
together during SSO. I thought I had replied with that already, maybe
I wasn't clear.
The IDP won't release attributes over SOAP to an SP when it doesn't
release attributes to that same SP during SSO (unless you explicitly
"break" the IDP to make everyone's lifes more "interesting").

Start by reading the replies others have made the effort to write.
If those relpies are unclear, ask questions about them, instead of
starting yet another thread about it.
