Freshdesk integration via SAML.

Hi all :)

Yes, I'm on that nightmare: integration between Freshdesk and Shibboleth
via SAML 2.0.

Actually I think to be quite close to the solution, but still Freshdesk
refuses to authenticate the user. Attached you can find the SAML reponse
sent by Shibboleth
and an example expected by Freshdesk (provided by their support team).

A part the "saml2" prefix, the biggest difference I notice is the "NameID"
value which looks encrypted in Shibboleth response and it is not in the
Freshdesk's example.

Do you think that might be the issue ?

I've found several topics on how to resolve the NameID's value as the
user's email address, but so far I wasn't able to apply the change.

I don't have an idea where my setup is wrong. I'm going to attach also my
relying-party.xml, attribute-resolver.xml and attribute-filter.xml. You
will find some sections commented out because my numerous tests.

Any help is higly appreciated :_)
