New Issue Yesterday (2016-04-13) with O365 Desktop Clients

To close the loop on this one, the issue is resolved.
Microsoft did not claim to fix anything, but we all stopped seeing the issue about 24 hours after it started.

Thanks to the staff at Wyoming from the staff here at Cal Poly for working together on this issue.
