To close the loop on this one, the issue is resolved.<br>
Microsoft did not claim to fix anything, but we all stopped seeing
the issue about 24 hours after it started.<br>
<br>
Thanks to the staff at Wyoming from the staff here at Cal Poly for
working together on this issue.<br>
