The metadata for your SP is wrong. Tell whoever maintains your SP that you need correct metadata (I assume that this is /iPAU-SP-metadata.xml).  

At the very least, as Misagh says the URLs that the end points are at need fixed.  I'd hazard a guess that you entityID is wrong.
