IdPv3 Upgrade error -unable to find /conf/idp.properties

Dear Team,

Currently i have working 2.4 IdP setup. now we are planning to upgrade IDP
to 3.1.1.
As part of upgrade activity , the current 2.4 Idp conf,war files are backed
up by Shibboleth 3.1.1 automatically .Now once I run the version.bat file i
can see upgrade from 2.4 to 3.1.1 .

Now i need to check whether IDP status page
["http://localhost;8080/idp/profile/Status"] to confirm that my 3.1.1 idp
setup is correctly configured or not . but unfortunately am receiving below
error


** Unable to find '/conf/idp.properties' at well known locations*
*'[/opt/shibboleth-idp]'**

Please suggest how to make my setup be aware about* idp.properties file *
