IdPv3 Upgrade error -unable to find /conf/idp.properties

If the V2 IdP is not installed at /opt/shibboleth-idp you need to tell your container about it.

Have instructions (but beware that if you are using Tomcat 8 and the path has a space then this will not work see https://issues.shibboleth.net/jira/browse/IDP-722)
