We still use it… via ELMS like others have mentioned. Works fine.
The text on our store front at the bottom says:
Microsoft partners with Kivuto Solutions to make ELMS for DreamSpark WebStores available for distribution of Microsoft DreamSpark software through an agreement between your academic institution and Microsoft. Here, eligible students, faculty and staff can download Software Licensed under the DreamSpark Program. If you encounter any difficulties or would like to request an account, please see the Help<http://e5.onthehub.com/WebStore/Support/WebStoreHelpContents.aspx?ws=2387cb21-42e6-e111-8e3e-f04da23e67f6> section for answers to your questions and information on how to contact the DreamSpark Program Administrator on your campus.

Hi,
I've gotten a question from the campus about access to the Microsoft dreamspark program. My last exposure to this program was years ago; back then, students used Shibboleth to access the service, and there were no charges. Apparently much of that has changed. Today, there are licensing charges.
My question -- is it still possible to use Shib to access dreamspark ? The current web site doesn't mention it, but I'm hoping I just missed that info ...
Thanks for any info you can share about current methods for accessing dreamspark.
