Moodle with Shibboleth auth - can i protect content without accessing auth/shibboleth/index.php?

You are right, if i disable guest accounts then i get redirected
automatically to:
       shib-sp2.com/login/index.php
which is the basic login page of moodle. Saddly it does not redirect you to
shibboleth protected
       shib-sp2.com/auth/shibboleth/index.php

Can this be achieved?
