Hi Sypros,

Shib is not an IDM tool. It wont do provisioning or role management.

You should be looking at something like OpenIDM, NetIQ Identity Manager,
Oracle OIM, IBM TIM or MS FIM.

If you want a real/near time solution thats mature then look into the NetIQ
product. It has rich provisioning, workflow, and role based capabilities
which is all underpinned by the LDAP eDirectory service.

**** I dont work for NetIQ but have used their products a lot in the
past/present.
