<p dir="ltr">Shib is not an IDM tool. It wont do provisioning or role management.</p>
<p dir="ltr">You should be looking at something like OpenIDM, NetIQ Identity Manager, Oracle OIM, IBM TIM or MS FIM.</p>
<p dir="ltr">If you want a real/near time solution thats mature then look into the NetIQ product. It has rich provisioning, workflow, and role based capabilities which is all underpinned by the LDAP eDirectory service.</p>
